I am Heena, and my experiences have shaped my approach and deepened my commitment to mental health.  

Since 2017, I’ve dedicated my career to helping navigate the complexities of mental health. From working with children with special needs, like ADHD, Autism, Down syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy, to supporting adults dealing with severe depression and anxiety, my experiences have shaped who I am today.
